He keeps a positive attitude, consistently pushing his co-workers to achieve daily orders. Joe has a great understanding of the process for every position in his area. In his 3 years at Perdue, he's always put an emphasis on teamwork and being willing to put in the effort. Mohamed Shahin We're proud to recognize Mohamed Shahin as our night shift Associate of the Month. In his 4 months with Perdue Farms, he has demonstrated strong determination and growth. When first starting as a machine operator in Dark Meat Deboning, he faced some challenges adjusting to the role. However, he took the initiative to improve by creating a plan to train on first shift so he could compare what he learned across both shifts. This effort paid off-he gained confidence, strengthened his skills, and developed into a more effective operator. Today, Mohamed consistently performs at an elevated level and takes pride in his work. Outside of work Mohamed enjoys spending quality time with his twin boys. On weekends, he likes to go fishing. He is also a former lightweight boxer, which reflects his discipline and dedication. Mohamed has truly stepped up and shown great commitment.
